Our Data Commitment

Confidentiality and independence

No client ever sees or is permitted to access another client’s data without explicit permission of the source organization. No individual or organization outside of ActiveXchange's immediate data team has access to client sourced data.

Privacy

Personally identifiable information is only collected with the expressed permission of the source organization, and is not required by ActiveXchange. ActiveXchange does not contact clients’ customers, sell, or use personal information, except for the direct benefit of its source organization.

Ownership

Our clients and data source organizations always remain the Data Owner and may request the termination of data sharing and contribution, or may have their data and account deleted at any stage.

Collaboration and transparency

ActiveXchange commits to supporting all partner organizations involved in the initiatives we manage to maximize the value of intelligence generated - if you do not benefit, we do not expect your data to be provided.

Data security and responsibility

Data transfers are managed over dedicated, password protected secure FTP servers or direct API transfer, working closely with your existing data system providers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
